Privacy

Last updated October 29, 2026

This site is run by Nick Sanders and Manfishers Publishing. It collects information only when you send one of the two forms.

What the forms collect

• Share a drawing or memory: your name and email, and optionally your child’s first name and age, your pet’s name, a message, and photos or PDFs you choose to upload.
• Bulk orders: your organization, contact name, email, optional phone number, quantity, date needed, and planned use.

How it is used

• Submissions are emailed to Manfishers Publishing and read by Nick Sanders. A copy is kept on the website’s server.
• Your email address is used only to reply to you. It is not added to a mailing list, sold, or shared.
• Drawings, stories and messages are private. They can appear in the family gallery only if you checked the sharing box, and only after Nick reviews them. The gallery uses first names only. Location and camera details are removed from published photos.
• Stored copies are deleted after 12 months; items published in the gallery stay until you ask for removal. To have a submission deleted or removed from the gallery, email [email protected].

Children

The forms are meant for parents and guardians. Please do not let children send the form themselves. The parent or guardian confirmation box is required on the sharing form.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from this site. The YouTube video loads only when you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube’s own policies apply once it plays. Amazon links take you to Amazon, where Amazon’s policies apply.

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may set a strictly necessary security cookie to block automated abuse.
